Crispy taugeh and carrot fritters or kuih cekodok taugeh Dan karot

Love this kuih, my mum used make this kuih and add to her mee hoon groreng.
However , I love to have it with peanut sauce.

Ingredients
Plain flour
Taugeh
Shredded carrot
Baking powder
Salt
Turmeric

Method
Mix all to gather and make into a thick batter and deep fry.

Sauce.
I senang only.
Used chunky peanut butter mixed with chilli sauce jadi.
